Quotations & Pricing

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and market fluctuations.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a valid Purchase Order (PO) or written confirmation.

Changes to the order must be communicated within 24 hours of confirmation.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 100% on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments are to be done by RTGS/NEFT/IMPS/Bank Transfer/Account Payee Cheque/UPI only

Delayed payments will incur interest charges at 24% per Anum.

Delivery & Lead Time

Delivery schedules are estimated based on current workloads and material availability.

Delays caused by force majeure, supply issues, or customer changes will be communicated promptly.

Warranty

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of from the date of delivery (As per Mention On Invoicing).

Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or modifications by the client.

Returns & Repairs

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects reported within 2 days of receipt.

Any repair or return requires prior written approval and must be accompanied by original documentation.

Intellectual Property

All drawings, designs, and concepts shared by Hr Engitech remain the intellectual property of the company and cannot be reused or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Hr Engitech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or service delays.
